What we do in these areas

The same work everywhere we go: ADU construction and garage conversions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions, whole-home renovations, roofing, foundation and structural work, concrete and pavers, patio covers and outdoor living. Design, permits and construction are handled in house, and every project gets a detailed written estimate before work begins.

Permitting is the part that changes from city to city. Los Angeles goes through LADBS, while Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Monica and each Orange County city run their own building departments with their own submittal requirements on top of state law. We deal with whichever one your property falls under.
